WordPress Customer Support Specialist

The WordPress & Customer Support role is the “face” of our company.  Typically this is the only contact that a customer will have with our service.  Most of the work will be completed via our online support ticket system.  And in some instances you may need to speak to the customer over the phone.  This important role requires the following:

  • Customer focused & friendly personality
  • Experience with WordPress back-end management or other CMS
  • HTML, PHP, and CSS knowledge
  • Enjoys web technologies and solving these type of issues
  • Curious and willing to ask thoughtful questions
  • Be available to quickly respond to support request
  • Strong writing and email interaction skills
  • Self motivated, high integrity, and willing to always keep learning
  • High speed internet connection and computer
